1. Processing Fees (Fees which are charged for processing credit card transactions.)

2. Monthly Statement Fee (Fee charged for paper and or online statement which captures the processing activities for the month)

3. Occurrence Fees (These fees are charged only if an action or event occurs within the month. If the action or event does not occur then the fee will NEVER be charged.) The table below is a complete listing of all of VIP’s occurrence fees with explanations.

Minimum fee | In a month’s time, the processing fee must be at least $25. If your monthly processing fee is less than the $25 minimum then the difference will be added to your monthly processing fee to make the $25 minimum. |
Voice Authorization fee/ARU fee | If you ever need to call into Customer Service for over-the-phone authorization of a credit card, you will be charged the voice authorization fee for using this service. The $.95 fee is assessed if you speak to a live person and the $.45 fee is assessed if you use our automated computer approval system. NOTE: if you never use this over-the-phone authorization service you will never be charge this fee. |
Retrieval/Chargeback | If a retrieval or chargeback is initiated by the cardholder and a case is opened for the retrieval or chargeback, then you will be assessed this fee. |
Return ACH | If there is not enough money in your merchant bank account to pay for your monthly dues and fees, then you will be charged this fee. |
Early Termination fee | This fee is assessed if you cancel before your term of 3 years. However, if there is a transfer of ownership and the new owner signs up with us for processing, then your early termination will be waived. |
